Workshops & Masterclasses



All participants of workshops or masterclasses are required agree to the following:

  • Scan the Covid QR code poster whenever this is made available in ReWild venues or from your workshop leader
  • Bring a face mask and hand sanitiser
  • Provide all your own food and drink required for the day (unless other information is given by workshop leader)
  • Please do not attend if you or anyone you have been in contact with has Covid symptoms or has tested positive
  • Please social distance from anyone not in your household during the event

ReWild 2 day Mental Health First Aid Training

Two days – attendance at both days is necessary 26th September and 3rd October 9.00am – 16.00.


This course is fully funded and brought to you by the ReWild lottery community fund project.


Join Debs from Ambassador Training for this two day course which qualifies you as a Mental Health First Aider, giving you:

  • An in-depth understanding of mental health and the factors that can affect wellbeing
  • Practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of a range of mental health issues
  • Confidence to step in, reassure and support a person in distress using the Mental Health first aid action plan
  • Enhance interpersonal skills such as non-judgemental listening
  • Knowledge to help someone recover their health by guiding them to further support whether through self-help resources, internal support suach as EAP, or external sources such as their GP
  • An understanding of how to keep yourself safe while helping others
